• We specialise in the production of Fittings Packs . These packs contain a variety of fittings in varying quantities to meet our customer’s requirements.

• We provide the one stop source of all those fittings you require to be sent out with your products

• With our modern state of the art equipment we are able to automatically pack the fittings packs, with up to up to 16 different components in various quantity permutations. Additional components can be also added by hand to any fittings pack.

• We can of course label the bags with bar codes, installation instructions and warnings in line with our customer’s requirements.

• We also produce “Chain Packs”. These are packs that are connected together, each pack containing associated products, so that vulnerable products are kept separate from those parts that might damage them. E.g. one bag could contain knobs and handles, where the surface finish is vulnerable, and another joined on bag could contain the screws and fixings. Again we pack to our customers specification.

• With over 100 years of experience in the handling and shipping of small parts taking on contract packaging and logistics was only a natural extension of our current manufacturing capabilities.

Reliability

Reliability is part of our business philosophy and therefore the simple way of controlling the quantity of each fitting by weighing the contents of the pack not precise enough for us.

To avoid reject parts being included, if relied on weight control alone, we use CCD cameras to check and reject any parts that are out of specification. By using this equipment we are able to find any defect parts, on even the smallest and most complicated parts, with great precision.
